No one can deny the buzz that the photo’s of the new Harry Potter book “Deathly Hallows” has caused this week after being leaked onto p2p networks, from fans frantically transcribing the leaked photos into text to The Pirate Bay providing their usual brand of tom foolery with their main page logo picture linking to a torrent of the book. In a setback for Leaseweb, a Dutch web hosting company, a court ruled the provider must shut down the private BitTorrent site Everlasting.nu. Additionally, according to the BREIN press release, the identity of the website’s owner must also be divulged.
