Well like Many movies before SpiderMan 3 has succumbed to the modern day media reality of being available on P2P one day before it’s official release date. So far the release has become available on eDonkey2000 and a few popular BitTorrent sites and no doubt will filter down the tier to other p2p networks shortly.

The copy of the film that has appeared on the networks seems to have been captured with an advanced camera phone from somewhere in Asia. The actual Dialogue is in English with Asian subtitle’s visible on the screen.

As you can see from the screenshots it is an authentic copy and for what’s claimed to be a camera phone the quality seems remarkably good. So the battle of the pirates continues Sony Pictures and MPAA wont be amused at this happening but to be honest nowadays it’s basically expected. Users expect to be able to download the latest movies and i would bet my life Sony and the MPAA knew this movie would be released onto the net ASAP by the Release Groups of the SCENE. The problem is in the current climate their really isn’t much anyone can do to stop this type of copy arriving on the internet and spreading.

In my opinion this is not how you should watch a 250Million movie, Cinema is the place to go for this one but i am sure the die hard P2Prs will be loving this and downloading it in the ten’s of thousands.

I do think however it will be a while untill you see a DVD of this movie appear but if it’s like any other year i will no doubt be proved wrong.
