However this may have been the one and only piece of good news DrunkenDonkey have received this month, Their webhost in Quebec Canada recently told the site owner Known as Dome that DrunkenDonkey.net was in violation of the host’s AUP (Acceptable Use Policy).

DrunkenDonkey.net had been hosted in Canada for nearly three years without any real problems after moving their from Hong Kong. So what suddenly made DrunkenDonkey’s host decale an AUP violation after nearly three years trouble free hosting. Could this be the start of Canada’s clampdown on P2P, with recent changes to Canadian legislation regarding file sharing, P2P and theatre camming we think it may just be.

DrunkenDonkey.net seem to have found a home in Denmark for the moment but is any country really safe for a P2P related site. Some would say host your site outwith EU countries but would that really make a difference nowadays.
